My name is Anthony Asfour, co-founder of Punkandyo. I am a second-generation Lebanese-Canadian born and raised in Chomedey Laval. I grew up in a predominantly Lebanese family where it became my first language growing up. My father a math teacher and my mom just a mom. I used to work minimum wage cutting fabric at a warehouse in the same neighborhood that I now have an office warehouse and crib in. I could have been doing anything today but somehow chose to do graphic design which then led me into making clothes just from being on tumblr. I just take things from my closet I liked and copied them. Everyone should be able to enjoy these things just as much as me! I am grateful that this is my life.

Gab Bois

Gab Bois’ work uncovers the surreal nature of everyday objects, particularly in food, technology, and fashion. Influenced by childhood games of make-believe, she infuses her striking visuals with a sense of fantasy, crafting whimsical props and unconventional scenes. Drawing from design, fashion, pop culture, and advertising, her distinct visual language transforms the ordinary with sharp humor. Having grown up in the selfie era, self-representation is a recurring theme in her work, fostering a sense of intimacy and relatability. Through this connection, she invites us into her world—where cocktail dresses are made of Scrabble tiles and clam shells serve as pocket mirrors—a space where hyperrealism and familiarity coexist.
